Return and Refund

At Nomad Closet, we strive to deliver high-quality streetwear that meets your expectations. However, if you receive a defective product or the size does not match, we are here to assist you.


1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is defective or damaged, OR

  • The size does not match the size ordered

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) must be provided

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product, or incorrect ordering by the customer (other than size mismatch).


2. Self-Return Process

Nomad Closet currently offers self-return only.

Customers are required to:

  1. Contact us at nomadcloset.in.com

    with:

    • Order ID

    • Clear images of the product (if defective)

    • Reason for return

     

  2. Once approved, you must courier the product to our warehouse address provided by our support team.

Please note:

  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service.

  • Nomad Closet is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.


3. Refund Policy

  • Refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days after the returned product reaches our warehouse.

  • The product will be inspected for eligibility before refund approval.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • It may take additional time (depending on your bank/payment provider) for the amount to reflect in your account.

If the returned product does not pass inspection (e.g., used, damaged by customer, missing tags), the refund will not be processed.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale (if applicable)

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Used, washed, or altered items
